This hotel is excellent value for money. We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the luxury vibe, cleanliness of reception area, rooms and bathrooms, the friendliness of staff and the location of this hotel. It is located 1 minute walk away from  Anjos Metro Station. Follow the green metro line for 4 stops, and you will arrive in the downtown area (Baixa-Chiado) in the centre of Lisboa. Our room was spacious and equipped with a mini fridge and safe. The bathroom and shower were also great. Our room had a large balcony, which we didn't use as it was January. However, in warmer months this would definitely be utilised. We didn't choose to have breakfast during our stay, but the continental breakfast looked well presented. Nevertheless, there was also fresh water, pastries, and cakes available to all hotel patrons. We were encouraged to help ourselves on our way in or out of the hotel. For the price that we paid for our stay (approx. £190 inc. City taxes) we were thrilled with the experience, comfort, and vibe of this hotel. We would stay here again.

The hotel location is very close to Metro stops, there’s a small grocery next door, walking distance to some places, like tram 28( if you don’t mind walking). The staff are excellent, very helpful with answering questions, making reservations…although on a busy avenue, we didn’t find it noisy at all ( we were on the 5th floor but facing the street). The breakfast is excellent (eggs, cheese, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, sometimes pancakes). Although not included in the price of the room, it is $10/person & is a good value. Best deal for the price when compared to other places on the avenue within 1/2 mile ( we ate breakfast down the street that was more expensive & not very good). Also, coffee is excellent

Kind and professional staff, smiling and attentive. Location, despite the area (immigrants and homeless people) I personally enjoyed the diversity and the local shops and restaurants (fruit & vegetables, Nepali cuisine, etc). I didn’t feel unsafe at any stage walking on the streets. The hotel is close by to other parts of the city with street art and museums. Room has soundproofing windows but not walls. You can hear every sound in the next room and corridors. The hotel is not far from the airport. You can also enjoy sweet pastries and water all day in the lobby which is really nice and thoughtful. 20 minutes walk to the city.

Location was good, either walked, took transit or Uber to where we needed to go; maybe a 20 min walk before reaching the a downtown area. Hotel was very clean and the staff were great! We were even offered an upgrade, as the very nice front desk clerk recognised it was my birthday, to a unit at the front of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the street, though not entirely sure this was a positive move, as the courtyard units appeared to have more space, at least on the balconies. We didn't eat here, but the breakfast buffet looked very nice as we passed by.

I liked the clean smell of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time and they already had our room ready. They also had breakfast but we didn't pay for it. It was 10 euros per person for small buffet. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked amazing. There is a subway station right in the corner of the hotel you can take to Rossio, one of the city center main subway station. This will take no more than 10 minutes. You can also walk to downtown and it will take 20 minutes.
